In Clio Work, you can preserve research outputs and draft documents to ensure your firm retains the work product generated during Vincent AI conversations. This article covers how to save individual responses and entire conversations to Clio Manage, your computer, or a shared link.
Save responses or conversations
You can save a specific response from Vincent using the icons at the bottom of that response or download the entire conversation. From any open conversation, you can
- Copy to clipboard: Below a response, click the copy (double-page) icon to copy the response content to paste somewhere else.
- Save to Clio Manage: Below a response, click the save icon to save the response as a new file in a matter in Clio Manage.
- Download: Below a response, click the download icon to save the response as a Word document or PDF. You can also click the download icon at the top-right of the conversation to download the entire conversation as a Word document.
- Copy link: Below a response, click the link icon to copy a link to the response to share with other Clio users on your firm's account.
Provide feedback on responses
You can provide feedback to help improve the quality of Vincent's responses over time.
- Thumbs up
Select the thumbs-up icon below any response to indicate the output was useful.
- Thumbs down
Select the thumbs-down icon to flag a response that did not meet your needs. You can add a brief note to describe the issue.
