With Clio's integration with Zoom, you can quickly and conveniently schedule Zoom meetings from your Clio Manage calendar. Once the integration is set up, you can turn any new or existing calendar event in the Clio Manage desktop app and the Clio mobile app into a Zoom meeting with the click of a button.
Note: Each user on the Clio account can create a maximum of 100 Zoom meetings each day.
Important: You cannot share your Zoom account with another user at your firm. If you try to share a Zoom account when using the integration, the first user will be disconnected as soon as the second user logs in with the same account.
Set up Zoom in Clio
Clio's integration with Zoom is compatible with all Zoom accounts. Once the integration is set up, you can turn any calendar event into a Zoom meeting by creating a new event or editing an existing event. Once the event is saved, participants will receive an email with the event information and a link to the unique Zoom meeting.
Note: Most Zoom meetings created in Clio Manage will also appear on your Zoom account. Zoom meetings for recurring calendar events—other than the initial event—and rescheduled events will not appear in your Zoom account.
