View active payment waiver
A payment waiver is a discount applied to your subscription fee. It varies depending on your billing cycle and is applied when your subscription is first created. Any changes to your subscription, including adding new licenses, will be calculated according to your pricing plan and will not include the payment waiver. You can view when your payment waiver will expire in your settings in Clio Manage and Clio Grow and on your subscription receipt.
- 365-day billing cycle:
- If you receive a payment waiver on a 365-day billing cycle subscription, it will appear as a discount on the first invoice. If you switch to a 30-day billing cycle, the payment waiver will not impact the switch. You can switch to the other billing cycle at any time, but the change will not take effect until your current billing period ends.
- 30-day billing cycle:
- If you receive a payment waiver on a 30-day billing cycle subscription, the first invoice will be paid in full. The payment waiver will be applied to subsequent invoice(s). You cannot switch to a 365-day billing cycle until your payment waiver has expired.
Changes to subscription plan:
A payment waiver only applies to the licenses on the account when your subscription is first created. Changes made at a later time will not include the payment waiver.
Note: Payment waivers are not applied to the first month of subscription fees.
- Go to Settings > Account and Payment Info.
- Select Payment Info.
- You can view an active payment waiver and its expiration date in a blue banner in the Subscription section. If the payment waiver has expired, the banner will no longer be visible.
