Client Payment Actions

With Clio Payments in Clio Manage, law firm clients can pay new or outstanding amounts using various methods, including credit and debit cards and domestic and international wire transfers. Firms can send bills and trust requests to clients via email or Clio for Clients. Clients can then review the details of the bill or trust request, select a payment method, and make a payment online. Once the payment is complete, clients will receive a confirmation email.

Important: These directions only apply to clients of law firms with Clio Payments enabled.

Tip: Your law firm may have attached expense receipts for your reference. Click Download expense receipts in the bill email to access these receipts.
