Clio Draft users who are administrators can invite new users to join the account, resend or revoke invitations, change user roles, remove users from the account entirely, and change the organization name for your firm’s account. Any user who is a member of multiple accounts can set a default organization and easily switch between accounts.

- If you added multiple user emails, all of those users will have the same role. You can always change user roles once users are added to the account.
- Click Send Invites.

- Go to Settings and click Team.
- Find the user. You can use the search bar to search for their name or email address.
- Click the Actions dropdown and then select Change Role.
