Update Clio Draft Login

Starting July 1, 2025, you will sign in to all Clio products—including Clio Draft—through one centralized login at clio.com/login. You will no longer be able to sign in directly to app.lawyaw.com.

If you have not yet connected your Clio Draft account to Clio Manage, be sure to create your Clio login (if you use Clio Draft only) or connect your existing Clio accounts when prompted. After this process, your account, templates, and documents will remain accessible just as before.

Update your Clio Draft login credentials

Leading up to July 1, 2025, you will be prompted to update your login credentials or connect your accounts to ensure uninterrupted access.

Refer to the scenario below that applies to you to update your credentials or connect your Clio products.

Note: After updating your credentials, you can log in at clio.com/login. When logging in, you may be redirected to Clio Draft. Simply navigate to your desired location using the dropdown at the top left of the web app.

Scenario one: You have matching Clio Manage and Clio Draft emails

If you have a Clio Manage and Draft account and you use the same email address to log into both, you only need to connect your accounts.

  1. Go to Clio Draft and log in using your existing Clio Draft credentials.
  2. In the modal, click Accept Invite to connect your Clio Manage and Clio Draft accounts.

Scenario two: You have different login credentials or use Clio Draft only

If you only use Clio Draft, or if you use both Clio Manage and Clio Draft account but with different email and login credentials to log in to each account (and you want to continue to use different emails for the two accounts), follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to Clio Draft and log in using your existing Clio Draft credentials.
  2. In the modal, click Set up Clio Login.
  3. In the next screen create your Clio Manage account.

Update links and bookmarks

To make this transition as smooth as possible, any Lawyaw domains and subdomains you attempt to access will be automatically redirected to their appropriate new counterparts.

Tip: It is highly recommended that you update any bookmarks or links in internal firm documentation from Lawyaw domains to their Clio Draft counterparts.
