In Clio Manage, custom roles enable precise control over user access to firm and client information. When creating new custom roles, you can edit each section or select a role template to pre-fill permissions and adjust permissions as responsibilities change. Role templates include system roles and custom roles. System role templates inherit non-configurable permissions.
