Administrators can manage the account’s subscription and firm information in Clio Grow. This article outlines administrative tasks related to your Clio Grow account, such as managing licenses, accessing payment information, and more.
Update account information
In your Clio Grow account settings, you can manage account licenses, invite users to join the account, deactivate users, set user permissions, and change account settings. This includes your default currency and number and date formats.
- Go to Settings > Account.
- Scroll down to Account settings and make your changes.
Add licenses
In Clio Grow, you can easily add (purchase) and delete licenses depending on the number of users for your firm. You can then assign each license to a firm user by inviting them to the Clio account.
Note: If you use Clio Manage in addition to Clio Grow, adding or removing a license in Clio Grow will also add or remove a license in Clio Manage.
- In Clio Grow, go to Settings > Account.
- The number of total licenses available and the number of active users (those who have been assigned) are provided.
- Click Administer licenses.
- Click Purchase licenses.
- Specify the number of licenses you need to add and then click Purchase licenses.
Remove unused licenses
In Clio Grow, you can easily delete licenses depending on the number of users for your firm. Any cost savings associated with removing a license will be reflected in your next billing cycle.
- In Clio Grow, go to Settings > Account.
- The number of total licenses available and the number of active users (those who have been assigned) are provided.
- Click Administer licenses.
- Click Remove licenses.
- Specify the number of licenses you need to remove, then click Remove licenses.
View payment history and receipts
You can view a history of your paid invoices for your Clio Grow subscription in your settings.
- Go to Settings > Payment Info.
- Under Previous payments, click View PDF to view a past paid invoice.
Update payment information
If your payment for your Clio Grow subscription was not processed or if you just want to change the credit card used to pay for your subscription, you can update this information in your Clio Grow settings.
- Go to Settings > Payment Info.
- Enter your new credit card details.
- Save your changes.
View an active payment waiver
A payment waiver is a discount applied to your subscription fee. It varies depending on your billing cycle and is applied when your subscription is first created. You can view when your payment waiver will expire in your Clio Grow settings.
- Go to Settings > Payment info.
- You can view the amount for your payment waiver in the Subscription section.
- If the payment waiver has expired, it will no longer be visible.
Cancel Clio Grow account
You can cancel your Clio Grow account by calling Clio's support team.
