Understand where Clio Work stores your data
Clio has a US server and a Canadian server. If your firm is required to store some or all of its client data in Canada, your firm can use a Canadian server. Your Clio Work data, including matters, documents, and conversations with Vincent AI, is stored at rest in the same environment as the rest of your Clio account.
Understand how Vincent AI processes your prompts
Clio Work and Vincent AI operate under the same data protections as the rest of Clio. Generating a response may involve temporary processing outside your account's region. This processing does not change where your firm and client data is stored at rest.
