Access Clio's Trust Center

Clio's Trust Center publishes Clio's security and compliance posture for each Clio product. Your firm can review public security information without an account, and request access to audit reports, certifications, and policies for a vendor security assessment. The documents support your firm's own security review and vendor approval process.

Select a firm product

The Trust Center holds a separate page for each Clio product group. Certification coverage, audit report types, and subprocessors differ between those pages, so the product selection determines which documents a request returns.

1. Go to trust.clio.com.
2. Select your firm's product from the dropdown in the top right. The Clio page covers Clio Manage and Clio Grow.

Request access to security documents

A lock icon marks a document that requires access. Documents without a lock icon are public. Audit reports, policies, insurance certificates, and self-assessments are locked, and each requires an access request and a non-disclosure agreement. Clio's Compliance team reviews every request. 

1. Go to Documents.
2. Click Get access.
3. Complete the request form and accept the non-disclosure agreement. Use the email linked to your Clio account. 

Find and download documents

Approved documents open from the same product page used for the request. The Documents section groups documents by category, and the All, Public, and Private filters narrow the list. Search content finds a document by name. Some reports are published as summaries rather than in full, such as the Pentest Report Summary.

1. Open a document to download it.
2. To retrieve several documents at once, click Bulk download.
