The Clio Grow Agenda provides an overview of all scheduled tasks, forms, documents, appointments, and emails assigned to any user within the Clio Grow account. The default view displays items assigned to you.
Note: The Agenda is an overview page. You will not receive any notifications if items in the Agenda are changed or deleted.
View detailed Agenda overview
The Agenda will show scheduled tasks, intake forms, documents, appointments, and emails after you assign items to yourself or another user. Items will appear in one of the four columns depending on when, or if, the items are due. Agenda items do not expire after a specified amount of time. See below for more details about the items and how to view the Agenda:
- Intake forms and documents: These will appear on the Agenda after they are sent to a client, regardless of whether they have a due date. If you complete a form or document immediately rather than email it to a client, the item will not appear in the Agenda since the Agenda only shows items that are scheduled to be completed.
- Appointments: The Agenda will show upcoming scheduled appointments. If an appointment type requires payment upon booking and the client does not provide appointment, the abandoned appointment will briefly appear in the Agenda; however, it will automatically be removed in 10-15 minutes.
- Tasks and emails: The Agenda will show upcoming tasks with due dates and emails that are scheduled to be sent out at a certain date
To see a detailed view of an Agenda item:
- Go to Agenda.
- Select whether you want to view items due Today, Upcoming items, Past due items, or items with No due date.
- Click the Options dropdown next to an item and select View. This will take you to the matter.
- Under Intake process, find the Agenda item.
- Click the Options dropdown to view more details or take additional actions.
Add Agenda items
You can add items to your Agenda directly from a matter, including tasks, appointments, scheduled emails, intake forms, and documents. To add an item to the Agenda:
- Find the matter in the Pipeline or Matters tabs, or search for a matter in the search bar.
- Select the matter's Intake process subtab.
- Under Add single item, select an action to begin adding items.
Tip: Use the Quick Form and Quick Appointment shortcuts to quickly add an intake form or appointment directly from the Agenda screen. In the Clio Grow header, click the down arrow next to Quick Intake.
Filter Agenda
You can filter the Agenda page by assigned user or Agenda item, such as appointment, document, form, task, or email.
Note: You cannot print or export the Agenda view page.
- Go to Agenda.
- In the upper right corner, click Apply filters.
- Search for Assigned users and/or Item type.
Delete Agenda items
Important: If you delete an item from the Agenda, it will also be deleted from the matter. Only delete Agenda items if you no longer need them associated with the matter.
- Go to Agenda.
- Click the Options dropdown next to an item and select Delete.
- When the warning prompt appears, select Delete.
