Clio Work supports a broad range of file types across Vincent AI workflows, with a maximum file size of 1 GB per file. Since supported file types vary by workflow, you can confirm the correct file type before uploading to ensure Vincent can process your documents accurately and deliver reliable results.

The following file types are accepted across all Vincent workflows.

Format support varies by workflow. Audio and video files are only available in specific workflows.
Important: Redline Analysis is the most restricted workflow, accepting only .doc, .docx, and .pdf files. Uploading unsupported file types will prevent Vincent from completing the analysis.

File size and duration limits
Note: Audio and video file types (.mp3, .mp4, .mkv) are only supported in Summarise Documents, Analyse a Deposition, and Analyse Judicial Proceedings. They are not available in other Vincent workflows.

Cloud storage sync in Clio Library
You can sync a cloud storage service to search your own documents alongside Clio Library content. Supported services include Dropbox and Google Drive. Once synced, your documents appear as a content type in the search filter panel.
