In Clio Manage, you can open a dashboard for each contact that collects contact information, custom fields, billing information, the client's matters, and associated matters in one place. Company contacts also include employees, and contacts include Know Your Client (KYC) check history once your firm enables the KYC field set. The dashboard lets you check matters, billing, and history before you act on the file, and edit details, start a bill, or link a matter without searching for the contact again.
Tip: Each subtab across the top of the dashboard holds a different record type for the contact: Documents, Bills, Transactions, Communications, Notes, and Clio for Co-Counsel.
