Request Client Reviews

With Clio Manage, you can build your firm’s reputation by requesting that clients review your firm. Reviews contribute to a stronger online presence, higher search rankings, and a steady stream of new leads. You can request reviews via text or email directly from Clio Manage, and ensure you have an accurate log of when you sent a request and which clients have already provided their reviews.

Request client review

You can initiate the client review request from a contact’s page or a matter’s page in Clio Manage.

Note: You will need a Google business profile in order to request client reviews. If you do not yet have one, you will need to create one. When you request your first client review, you will be prompted to select your firm's business on Google Maps.
