Grow AI is a collection of AI-powered tools in Clio Grow that helps your firm capture, qualify, and convert more leads so you can focus on delivering legal services. From a 24/7 website chat to smart lead assessment and automated follow-ups, Grow AI works across your intake process to reduce manual effort and improve lead quality.
Understand Grow AI in Clio Grow
Grow AI includes the following features to support your firm's intake process:
- 24/7 website chat: Captures leads and gathers essential intake details from your firm's website, even after hours.
- Email intake: Scans your connected email inbox for lead inquiries, routes them to your lead inbox, and produces a summary and fit assessment for each one.
- Voice agent: Answers inbound calls when your team is unavailable, gathers case details, screens callers for fit, and books consultations on the call for qualified leads.
- Smart lead assessment: Analyzes each lead and produces a fit score based on your firm's history and criteria.
- Conflict checks: Flags potential conflicts of interest for your review.
- Automated follow-ups: Sends reminders to leads with outstanding intake items, such as unsigned agreements or incomplete forms.
- Email campaigns: Keeps your firm top of mind with automated outreach to past clients.
Deactivate or reactivate Grow AI
- In Clio Grow, go to Settings > Subscription.
- In the Grow AI section, click Deactivate Grow AI or Reactivate Grow AI, whichever applies.
- In the modal, confirm your choice.
